My name is Mark "The Hammer" Coleman.

I'm a former NCAA Wrestling Champion, 3x Pan Am Games Wrestling Champion, Olympian, Pride Fighting Champion, UFC Champion, and UFC Hall of Famer... and guess what? At 58, I'm just getting started!

I've been to Hell and back, hitting the hard rock bottom that comes from addiction and climbing out of that hole better than ever, knowing I can accomplish ANYTHING.

I'm pushing my limits, training relentlessly, and fueling my body with the power of nose-to-tail nutrition. I have plans to get back in the cage, not just to prove to myself that I've still got it, but to serve as an example to men who've battled the same demons; to show them that the 2nd Act can be the best one yet.
