Whole Feast Chocolate Chip Cookies

We brought you The Whole Feast No-Bake Protein Bars. Now it’s time for another delicious, nutritious, animal based sweet treat… The Whole Feast Chocolate Chip Cookies!

What you need…

  • 2 scoops of Milk Chocolate Whole Feast
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour (cassava flour for a nut-free option)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, beef tallow, or melted butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup maple syrup or local honey
  • 1 whole egg
  • ½ cup 80% dark chocolate chips or chunks

Step by step:

Step 1.

In a bowl, mix together The Whole Feast, flour, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract, egg, and chocolate chips. Melt/warm honey or maple syrup and oil or butter over stovetop. Pour over other ingredients and mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Step 2.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Do push ups. 

Step 3.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit. Do push ups.

Step 4.

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Form dough into balls of desired size and space them out on the parchment paper.

Step 5.

Bake for 5-7 minutes. Do push ups. 

Step 6. 

Remove from oven. Slightly flatten with spatula and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Do push ups.

Step 7.

Remove from oven, let cool, do push ups, and enjoy.
