What you need:

  • Gluten-free flatbread
  • Bone marrow bones
  • Raw cheese
  • Well seasoned cast-iron skillet that has never known the touch of seed oils
  • Glass bowl


Step 1:

Pre-heat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.

Step 2:

Scoop bone marrow into glass bowl and mash it until it's a paste-like consistency.

Step 3:

Spread bone marrow onto flat bread like butter. Lay it on thick.

Step 4:

Top the flatbread with raw cheese.

Step 5:

Bake in oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese.
